At the age of 18 Matt Fisher began his journey in the sport of golf with a goal to play at a college level. Knowing that it was going to be an uphill battle he developed ways to maximize the effectiveness of each practice session. Matt consistently learned new drills that would help improve his golf game exponentially and ended up on the golf team at San Diego State University. After graduating from college Matt headed off to Hollywood to pursue his other passion for television and film. Several years later, he combined his passion for golf and film by creating his educational golf brand Mr. Short Game.
