Manny Koshbin

Manny Khoshbin was born in Iraq and moved to the United States at the age of 14. He watched his family struggle and learned at a young age he wanted more than just hourly pay to achieve his dream life. At 18 he started his own business selling candies and nuts and shortly after was forced to shut it down by the health department. Manny tried again, he put his life savings into becoming a real estate broker and purchased a mobile gas station that he would later find out was a scam. He lost everything. Feeling defeated but not ready to give up, he received his real estate license in 1992. After working for a mortgage company for only 6 months, he branched out on his own and 29 years later, he is now the President and CEO of The Khoshbin Company. Buying and selling over $800M in real estate he has mastered his craft and knows how to scale fast and create lasting impact.
