The founder of Lunar Body, Alexis, has been a personal trainer and Fitness Model for Nike, Reebok, and Adidas for over 10 years. She has created a program that will help you achieve your own personal fitness goals. Train Like Alexis (TLA) part 1 consists of 8 full weeks of body training with Strength days that include sumo deadlifts, back squats and power cleans. TLA part two consists of Strength days that include more advanced movements such as front squats, deadlifts, and power snatches. There are also skill days that focus on 2 or 3 skills per day depending on your program and a combination of strength, balance, agility, coordination, and gymnastics.
